God wants every person to be able to go to Heaven to be with Him
some day. Heaven is a wonderful place where there are
mansions (beautiful homes), a street made of pure gold and a
tree that has twelve different kinds of fruit on it. No
one ever gets sick in Heaven. In fact, Jesus is the
light of Heaven, so there is never any darkness. Heaven is
such a happy place that God wants you to be able to go to live
and be with Him forever. However, there
is a reason why God cannot let you go to Heaven like you are. |

"For all have
sinned, and come short of the glory of God." |
Romans 3:23 |
| |
| Sin is
the bad things you do. Sin is anything that displeases
God. Some sins are: lying, disobeying parents,
getting mad, fighting, etc. God hates sin but He
loves you. The Bible says in 1 John 1:8. " if we say
that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not
in us." The Bible teaches that there is a punishment
for us because we have sinned. |
| |
| The Bible in
Romans 6:23, "For the wages (payment) of sin is death."
That means that the punishment of sin is death in hell or
separation from God. |
Hell is a terrible
place that was created for the devil and his demons. In
Hell you can never be around your mom or dad or any relatives..
You are separated forever. God knew that the only
payment for your sin was death so He did something so you
wouldn't have to pay for your own sin. |

The Bible teaches in 1
Corinthians 15:3,4...."Christ died for our sins according to the
scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the
third day." Jesus paid for your sin when He died on the
cross.
Because God loves you so much and wants you to be with forever,
He sent His only begotten Son, Jesus, to take the punishment for
your sin: Jesus came to earth and lived a perfect life.
He died and gave His blood to pay for your sins and came |
back to life again so that you can go to
heaven. Because Jesus took the punishment for your sin, He
wants to |
give you a
gift, the gift of everlasting life - that means to live
with Him someday forever in heave. In order to
receive this gift you must: |
Romans 10:13 says, "For whosoever (that means you) shall call
upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (saved from sin and
hell)." John 1:12 says, "But as many as received Him
to them gave He power to become the sons of God."
Receiving Jesus is as easy as ABC: |
| |
A. Admit you are a sinner.
B. Believe that Jesus died for you, was buried, and rose
again the third day; and, |
C. Call upon Jesus to save you. |
| |
Receiving Jesus means inviting Him
to come into your life. When Jesus comes into your life,
He takes your sins away and makes your heart clean. He
gives you everlasting life. |
| |
If you have not asked Jesus to save you (from sin and hell),
why not ask Him now like this: |
| |
| |
Dear Jesus,
I admit that I am a sinner on my way to hell. I
believe that you died and rose again for my sin. Please
come into my life and forgive me of my sin so that someday I can
go to be with you in heaven. Thank you for saving me from
sin and from going to hell.
Amen |
