Matthew was born and raised in Greenville, SC. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts at North Greenville University, he received a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mathew came to serve as Senior Pastor of New Prospect in May of 2014. Matthew is married to Jennifer. They have a daughter, Ansley, and a son, Levi. Matthew loves to spend time with his family and serve in the local church.

Scott was born and raised in Oklahoma and has served in churches in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and North Carolina for over 30 years. Scott received his Bachelor of Science from Liberty University in Music and Bible. Scott came to serve as Worship Pastor of New Prospect in April of 2020. He is married to Gayla and has three daughters and six grandchildren. Scott loves to hunt, fish, and spend time with his family.

Vicki is originally from Cleveland Ohio. She moved to Orlando, FL as a child and then South Carolina as an adult. She began serving at New Prospect as administrative assistant in February 2001. Her responsibilities involve working with financial, administrative, and secretarial needs at New Prospect. Vicki is married to Joe, and they have a fantastic son, Logan. Though Vicki spends much of her time serving at New Prospect, she also loves decorating and working with children. .

Jessica was born in Florida and raised in Lyman, SC. After completing her Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina Upstate, she worked in healthcare administration for many years. In 2015, the Lord called her to serve in ministry. After leading in both women’s and children's ministries for several years, Jessica began serving at New Prospect Baptist Church as the Children’s Ministry Coordinator in June 2022. She is married to Nick and together they have three children, Solomon, Sadie, and Samuel. She enjoys spending time with her family, fellowship, and being outdoors.

Linda was born in New Prospect, S.C.  and graduated from Chapman High School .  She started playing the organ in 1954 at New Prospect Baptist.  She is married to Lance  and has one daughter, Sheri Mathis.  Linda loves spending time with her family.

Carolotta was born and raised in a pastor's home in upstate South Carolina, Carlotta has lived in Spartanburg, S.C. since marrying in 1981. Although she graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Nursing, she loved music from the moment of her first piano lesson at the age of eight. Serving as a church pianist as needed over the years, she has played for New Prospect Baptist Church since March of 2021. She and her husband Robert raised nine children and currently have fourteen grandchildren. Needless to say, pouring into their lives keeps her busy as well as other ministry opportunities.
